Mountain’s Child
Hear from the mountain sprouts
the luring vibration of shouts
hear the cry of the sudden split
of a man losing his wit
Knowing did ever know
about letting the past go
he was trying to lose it all
from the beginning we did crawl
Demanding to gain life
to as new to revive
stumbling down mountain’s path
wondering of what he never had
Crossing his mind’s borders
hearing his faint will’s orders
after countless trees marked
a new and old life he embarked
He planted a last seed
For a new growing tree
For a last good deed
The sun did never see
